Ordering information
Ordering is quite simple and straight forward. All orders are processed immediately and sent to our production partner for fulfillment. Complimentary standard shipping & state sales taxes are included in the cost of goods. We typically utilize UPS and the USPS for most orders. Expedited shipping is not available nor are foreign orders at this time. You will receive a tracking number(s) for your order once it is prepared for shipping. Our goal is to have all items from your order delivered to your door within 7-14 days. Generally, within 3-5 days from ordering, production and shipping should be fulfilled and your item(s) will be on the way. Orders with like items should ship together. The others will ship separately.
About damaged items & returns
All items in our catalog are custom prepared specifically for you at the time of your order being placed. As such, we do not have a return policy per se. Prior to your purchase(s), we provide you with detailed information of all items so that you are informed about them. However, if you do find yourself disenchanted, please let us know and we can help you to arrange your return for an exchange of a size for the exact item. Since shipping was complimentary on the front end of your purchase, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In situations where you have received an item that is our mistake or has been damaged during shipping, we will make it right. Please contact us via our contact form with your order number. We will begin a replacement of the item(s) for you at no cost. For this, you have a 14 day window from the date you received the item(s) to notify us of the issue. Once contacted, we will send you an email link for you to upload a photo documenting our mistake for the insurance. Please note that colors and hues of items received may vary slightly due to various display setting on your viewing device. All photos of models appearing on our website wearing apparel, may not be available items as shown for purchase.
